Shipping Policy

All online orders ship within 1 business day.

Domestic shipping: All orders in the United States ship FREE via USPS Priority mail.
International shipping: We offer a $15 flat rate for all international packages via USPS First-Class Package International Service. As your package will go through customs, the delivery time can take up to 20 days. Please note that you may be subjected to tax and duties in your country and, as the customer, you are responsible to pay those fees. If packages are rejected and sent back to us any fees incurred will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We promise you’ll love our super-soft, lightweight towels, and you can be proud that they are ethically and sustainably made. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Herring Cove product, please let us know so we can make it right.

We will gladly issue a refund or exchange (we’ll even cover the shipping in the US) in accordance with the policies below:

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Herring Cove will cover the shipping charges for any merchandise eligible for returns in the United States. Please contact us at [email protected] to request a pre-paid return label.
All returned products must be unwashed and unused.

Herring Cove reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling Herring Cove merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment.

Defective Merchandise

In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify us at [email protected] and we will gladly replace the product or refund you.
Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product and/or a photo of the damage.

Herring Cove will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped in the US.
